A large technology company in Redmond, WA is often seeking Administrative Assistants from Entry Level to Executive to join their dynamic teams.

Typical Job Description:

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned..

Candidate Requirements:
1-7 years of experience in an administrative assistant role is required for these roles. No specific degree or certification is needed.

Performance indicators for this role will be meeting deadlines, quality of the work being done and feedback from the team.

Top must-have hard skills:
1 Experience with managing multiple Executives calendars
2 Domestic and International Travel Arrangements
3 Experience with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote

4 Previous Administrative Assistant experience
