A Southern California health group is seeking a director of psychiatry to help develop and guide their direction for behavioral health. The Applicants are required to be licensed in California, board certified, and have a clean malpractice history. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. As the director you will spend 50 percent of your time administratively and 50 percent seeing patients. They prefer physician that are experienced working with managed care and the Medicaid patient population.
This employed opportunity has a competitive compensation package with productivity bonuses and stock options. You will be offered malpractice coverage, comprehensive medical benefits, four weeks of PTO, eight holidays, one week of CME time and a CME stipend, a sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and a 401K retirement package.
This position is located in a suburban location outside of Los Angeles, just an hour from Los Angeles International Airport.
