Basic Purpose:

Supports Eaton Vance s college recruiting function with scheduling, coordinating and facilitating interviews and events. Assists with sourcing, screening and interviewing intern/co-op candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists Recruiters with organizing college recruiting career fairs, presentations, on-campus interviews, student treks and diversity recruiting events. Manages and coordinates college recruiting event logistics, candidate packets, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Pro-actively market EV s recruiting events to career services, students clubs and partnership organizations to ensure successful turnout. Coordinates speakers and participants from Eaton Vance.
  • Schedules interviews for entry level, intern and co-op positions. Send interview correspondence to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Posts intern/co-op positions with college career centers and tracks resume bundles.
  • Attend and actively participate in all on-site treks and designated college recruiting events.
  • Maintains recruiting calendar for college recruiting presentations, interviews and career fairs.
  • Handles full cycle recruiting process for designated co-op/summer intern positions.
  • Supports hiring and onboarding of contractors and temps.
  • Tracks and maintains candidate data for college recruiting and diversity events utilizing candidate pools in Workday.
  • Assists College Recruiter with managing our intern referral process.
  • Facilitates Summer Intern & Co-op Lunch & Learns and Community Service Events.
  • Maintains LinkedIn Intern & Co-op Alumni page.
  • Manages new hire check lists for interns/co-ops, entry level Mutual Services Reps and Research Associate roles, posts positions, and assists with checking candidate references.
  • Oversees background check and fingerprinting process for entry level, intern and co-op hires.
  • Sources candidates and assists with other recruiting related projects.
  • Provides back up to Recruiting Coordinator as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or related internship experience preferred.
  • Must have extremely strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize time sensitive responsibilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to attend college recruiting during evening and weekend hours as needed.
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Power Point and MS Word.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sites preferred. Workday Recruiting is a plus.
