About the team

Account Representatives provide daily support to an assigned customer base of Trust Outsourcing clients. You must effectively communicate and support the outsourcing product line, including operational services and TrustDesk system functionality. You will be accountable for building relationships with the client and developing an understanding of various client business models. You will be challenged to deliver increased value, productivity, and overall satisfaction to the client

What you will be doing

FIS Wealth Outsourcing Solutions provides trust operations or securities processing services for more than 60 nationally recognized trust companies and supports more than 750,000 accounts. We have been serving other financial institutions for more than 20 years. The Client Services team is comprised of 22 individuals which includes; Management, Relationship Managers, Account Representatives, Training, Conversion managers and Business Analysts.

  • Answer customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone or e-mail relating to Trust system functionality and/or capabilities.

  • Educate clients on various FIS processes and procedures assisting with awareness, navigation and self-help

  • Conduct regularly scheduled status calls with client to discuss important key service topics, to review projects in clients queue and to discuss available service offerings.

  • Provides oversight on project requests including participating in project kickoffs to ensure understanding of project expectations and scope, monitors target dates and guides client through the implementation process.

  • Assist in the development and testing of system and operational procedures on behalf of the client.

  • Identify additional opportunities to provide more products, services or other resources to customer and refers to Relationship Manager

  • Availability to work some evenings until 7pm.

  • What you bring:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years Customer Service experience

  • Above Average Problem-Solving Skills

  • Above Average Organizational & Communication Skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to Think \"Big Picture\" (i.e. Identify all areas impacted by an issue and/or change)
