POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT The Business Transformation department directly supports the Executive Committee (C-Suite) on managing, developing, and executing key transformation initiatives across all regions and business functions. Based on the exposure that this department has to the workings of many departments across the business, it encourages innovation and proactive thinking to provide business benefits. The Sr. Analyst will support senior members of the Business Transformation team on key strategic projects including developing project plans, Excel models, PowerPoint presentations, and organizing meetings with project teams or senior management. Over time, the position will have the opportunity to lead individual projects with support and guidance from more senior team members. This role will report directly to a more senior member of the Business Transformation team. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIESDUTIES Provide project management support on strategic projects including developing project plans, Excel models, PowerPoint presentations, and organizing meetings with project teams or senior management with increasing responsibility Provide analysis and project recommendations to project sponsors and management Author and deliver presentations and detailed project plans to track and communicate progress to project teamssponsor Manage project calls, meetings, schedules, and agendas Regularly update and provide reports to project sponsor, Director, Business Transformation andor Executives on project progress. Manage weekly updates with all the stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on track for completion.
