Description:F-35 Offboard Mission Support (OMS) Sustainment Pilot Subject Matter Expert (SME). OMS provides the F-35 ground mission planning, mission debrief, security and sensor reprogramming capabilities. This candidate will be a member of a team of system and software engineers responsible for F-35 Mission Planning and Pilot Debrief familiarization training. Additional responsibilities include field support to US and international locations, updating user guides, and stakeholder communication and issue resolution. The candidate's primary responsibilities will be the update of OMS Familiarization training material and presentation of material in one-on-one and group settings. This position will require domestic and international travel. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The position requires at least an Interim Secret Clearance to start. Candidate must be eligible to obtain Special Access Required (SAR) clearances. Basic Qualifications: Experience with tactical aircraft systems and mission planning (e.g. Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) or equivalent mission planning system). Experience developing and presenting training material. The position requires at least a Interim Secret Clearance to start. Desired Skills: Experience instructing avionics and fighter tactics. Operational background with 4th or 5th generation aircraft. Pilot, Weapons Systems Officer, Electronic Warfare Officer or equivalent.
