    Our client is growing very quickly, due to our extremely unique business model, and as such requires many experienced Senior Account Managers / Recruiters across the United States and Canada to join their dynamic recruiting team! The company is well diversified across many industries from manufacturing, technology, medical, petrochemical and many others. They provide their clients with a highbred retained search services, including highly detailed interviews and above average vetting processes. Their clients typically have them working on mid to high level roles and their unique approach to business has provided them with a truly stable and loyal client base with hundreds of roles to work on.

    Our client is looking for individuals that are driven to excel and earn! This role is a full 360 Desk with each individual taking responsibility for ongoing account management, managing other recruiters on individual searches, expanding existing relationships with current clients, and recruiting. Individual consultants may choose to participate in Business Development activities to obtain new clients, which within their structure is extremely lucrative financially. Each individual may tailor their role to suit their interests and career goals including; industry focus and balance of responsibilities. They work with you to meet your goals!


    Skills:

  • Experience building strategic relationships with clients and sourcing, vetting and placing candidates
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager within the recruiting industry is required
  • Performance driven, self-motivated, and the ability to build a plan and execute
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets while thriving in a team environment
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
