Job Summary

Greet guests and assist with checking in coatsbefore events and checking out coats during and after events. Set up andorganize coat check space.Communicate withevent supervisorregarding any issues. This job requires standing or sitting for an extendedperiod of time.

Candidates must be willing to work a flexibleschedule. This is a \"casual\" position and the candidate must call infor available shifts.

Candidates must: follow all company and safety andsecurity policies and procedures; and report accidents, injuries, and unsafework conditions to manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are cleanand professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, andprotect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests withgenuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language,and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positiveworking relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Enter and locatework-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Stand,sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, andplace objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
