Manage all correspondence
Manage calendar for maximum strategic impact, including full professional, personal and family scheduling
Act as Executive's right hand, anticipating needs for maximum efficiency and impact with all communications, tasks, meetings & projects
Manage files for efficient and effective organization and reference
Manage all aspects of CFO travel and file business expenses
Coordination of internal and external meetings, logistics, and communiations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Background supporting C-level executive preferred
