The Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will own the business and marketing aspects of Proofpoint's online presence in the EMEA and APJ markets. You will be responsible for managing the regional website content and ensure a consistenet user experience across all digital channels while optimizing for lead generation. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, web production, and establishing a process to globalize a company's digital presence.

Your day-to-day

+ Maintain Proofpoint's EMEA and APJ market websites to support marketing's goals and objectives.

+ Ensure English content is localized and translated correctly for each of the EMEA and APJ locations.

+ Create landing pages and update new content on the website CMS while ensuring best practices.

+ Manage international SEO paid media programs to increase Proofpoint's organic traffic and visibility.

+ Oversee and report on the success of digital campaigns and provide program changes or recommendations.

+ Create reports measuring website analytics, and implement analytical tracking on landing pages when needed.

+ Work with internal teams to scope project requirements and act as a liaison for SEO, paid media, analytics, content marketing, and creative services.

+ Drive special assignments such as working on a new microsite, managing specific web launches or working with vendors, while hitting all deadlines and improving efficiency.

What you bring to the team

+ 5+ years of experience working with international enterprise websites. Hands on experience with HTML and CSS needed.

+ 5+ years of experience working with paid media channels including search, dispay and social.

+ Experience establishing a global translation process for international digital content.

+ Thorough understanding of web and digital analytics and hands on experience implementing analytical tags.

+ Available to work a flexible schedule and collaborate with other regional marketing managers.

+ Good project management, organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must.

+ Experience working with and managing outside vendors.

+ Team-oriented, self-starter, self-learner, and strategic thinker.
